Shivu Enters The New Forest

NOTE: THIS PICTURE IS NOT MINE, well... the background isn't the actual Shivu is XD lol

I just decided my fav character deserves his own 'fic!
I almost have a story planned out, but, I won't tell you now 'cos it'd take too long, especcially with ME telling it XD
So, I'll give you a little cos I can't resist! Plus it's hard to tell you what's going on here without doing so -.-'

Here's a little extract, though the story will most likley be drawn, not written...

Shivu entered the New Forest, unafraid at first, but then the smells and sounds hit him, and fear struck his heart.
Because there were no sounds- That bothered him; no birds, no rustles...
Where is everybody? He thought, feeling lonely.
The only smell was that of another wolf’s pack boundary markers. Shivu sniffed cautiously at a tree, it was marked with their scent.
Breathing in deeply the harsh smell hit him; he guessed that their food was bad, the wolf that had marked the tree was ill. The smell alone told him that the wolves didn’t like visitors.
He thought briefly that they’d probably chased all the prey out, especially if they’re pack was big, but pushed it away, re-thinking that that was ridiculous. How could a bunch of wolves chase out all the prey in the forest?
Fear took him over suddenly; he didn’t want to meet the pack, he was in no state to fight. Shivu went to turn back, but stopped, I can’t, he thought, the Valley’s on the other side, how else am I going to reach my future home?
Shivu turned around and boldly stepped past the marker once more, I’m going to the Valley, he decided stubbornly, and nothing or nobody’s going to stop me!

So, that's what Shivu's doing, though the picture takes place a little further on when he's actually walking through it.
Btw, "The New Forest" is where this part of the story is taking place, the name is real, but this actual forest, in this case, is fictional.
Ik, lighting isn't that good, don't start about that XD
